Our Service Guarantee

 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at BluFire Designs. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately at the time of your service. Once your deposit is received you agree to our policies.

 

Refunds

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service with a discount.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind on (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by Brittany Michelle. You must notify us at the end of your service in order to receive a discount on your corrective service. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

 

It is important you notify us immediately if you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 

 

Please keep in mind, color change/correction/enhancement services may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. If another service is required, a new deposit and full payment is required. You will be notified during your appointment. 

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

BluFire Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior of any kind. Deposit will not be refunded.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.


In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

 

Rescheduling is permitted one time without deposit fee. If the second appointment needs to be rescheduled, a new deposit must be paid. After 2 rescheduled appointments, further services will be denied.


This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in a $20 fee charged on your next service.

 

No Show

 

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a $20 no show fee on your next service. A new deposit must be paid for a new appointment. 

 

Late

Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. 

 

You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes of lateness, a $10 late fee will be added to your service cost. 

 

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. You will have to reschedule with new deposit.

 

Children

 

BluFire Designs only provides services children 8+. Children are charged full priced.

 

Guests

 

BluFire Designs provides an intimate environment.

 

If an additional guest, parent, family member, or friend wants to sit with you during your service, permission must be asked within 24 hours of your appointment. 

 

No more than 1 guest is permitted.


Methods of payment

BluFire Designs accepts Square, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Cash.

 

Special Request Appointments

BluFire Designs is closed on Sundays and Tuesdays. If you would like a service on a Sunday or Tuesday, a $40 service will be added on top of the full service price. 

 

Special Request fee is subject to change based on customization of service.

Online Scheduling

 

Booking online is just a request for the date and time you select. Your appointment is not locked in until your deposit is received. No Deposit = No Appointment. 

 

Appointments are booked under a first come first serve basis. If deposit is not received after 48 hrs, appointment will be canceled and you will have to book again. 

 

Head Lice

 

It is against BluFire Designs Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice, we will not be able to complete the service until treatment is received. We will be glad to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed. 

 

It is against BluFire Designs Policy to perform services on clients with any scalp abrasions or wounds. If a client has any scalp abrasions or wounds, we will not be able to complete the service until treatment is received. We will be glad to complete the service once your scalp is free of abrasions or wounds.  

 

Privacy

 

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

 

Parking

 

You may park on numbered parking spaces. Do not park in reserved spaces or in front of a garage. 

 

BluFire Designs is not held responsible for any consequences you may receive if parked incorrectly.
