• In order to provide a better environment and service for our clients, some of our services have increased to up to 15%.

  • Specials Requests can only be booked between 10 AM-4 PM

  • Special Requests are $40 additional on top of the service price.

Booking, Deposits, & Payments

  • Appointments must be requested online at www.blufiredesigns.com

  • Select the service, time, & date you would like.

  • Input your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged. 

  • In order for your request to be accepted a consultation via text or video must be had, & your deposit must be sent.

  • Deposits are 1/2 of the service price. The leftover balance will be due at the time of appointment.

(ex: If the service is $90, the deposit will be $45, and the leftover balance will be $45.)

Refund Policy

  • No refunds.

  • After the service, if you are unsatisfied with your results, let your stylist know immediately. 


  • Appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled service. 

  • Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will result in 50% of the service price. 

  • Late arrivals under 20 minutes will acquire a $10 fee. No exceptions. 

  • Lateness over 20 minutes will result in appointment cancellation. You will have to request a new appointment and send a new deposit. 

  • All charges will be applied to your card on file.



  • All color services must have a consultation prior to booking. 

  • Request your appointment, and you will be contacted to set up a consultation. 

Appointment Prep 

  • Hair is not provided.

  • For Basic Styles, Shampoo & Blow-dry are included. 

  • For protective styles, you must come pre-shampooed and blowdried. Shampoo & blow is not included. Section your hair into 4 ponytails, braids, or twists to keep it separated.

  • If your hair is not prepared properly, your service may result in an additional fee due to extra time. 

Appointment Arrivals

  • No guests permitted. 

  • BluFire reserves the right to refuse any service.

  • If you have any abrasions or scalp wounds, they must be treated by a health professional and healed before service can be continued.
